Once Nero Burning ROM is installed you can click on Nero Cover Designer and a window pops up saying you can either install it off the Installation Disc or Download it and they give you a link. It's part of Nero Cover Designer which for some reason doesn't install with the program. Good luck in your selection and if you choose something other than Nero and it works really well for you, please let me know at The short answer is yes it's included. My reviews include sample emails from Nero that will show the ridiculousness of dealing with them. Please read my Nero reviews for all Nero products for full details on how messed up Nero is as video project creation software and as a software vendor in general. I'm planning leave Nero forever and go with another vendor and I think I'll try the Sony product myself.

Sony Movie Studio 13 Platinum actually has the best reviews. To be honest with you: choose another vendor like Roxio Creator NXT 3 or 2, though I have never tried them and they seem to also have very poor reviews. I told them of the issues in my review of Nero 2014 Platinum, and they still haven't fixed them. It's very invasive! That was almost 3 years ago. Just launching it will start it searching all of your hard drives for video and photo files and it's tough to stop it. All of the issues in my full review have been in Nero since the first update to Nero 12 that replaced Kwik Media with Nero Media Home. These guys offer no real support, just terrible workarounds that don't work and they pretend that they are unaware of any issues you encounter. I had to break a lot of my videos into 3 or 4 different video titles to burn them to blu-ray, which is really frustrating not to mention just plain stupid. Keep in mind I have a top of the line 2015 Alienware Area 51 tower with dual Nvidia 980GTX video cards. Once you go beyond around that time length the picture is very choppy and freezes a lot, but the audio is good. While Nero 12 is much more stable and won't drop the picture from videos burned to blu-ray (which is probably why Nero 2015 incorrectly calculates the project size to be burned to blu-ray) Nero 12 initial version has one big flaw: you can only burn video titles to blu-ray that are 4:30 or less (4 and 1/2 minutes). I had created a project that Nero Video 2015 calculated at 33GB and when I finally gave up on Nero 20 and I re-installed Nero 12 (initial version only) the same exact project containing the same exact titles rebuilt in Nero 12 was over 50GB and I had to cut some titles out and shorten other videos Nero 2015 doesn't calculate video clips correctly when editing, I had written down all the IN OUT LENGTH times in order to rebuild my project in Nero 12 and found that the lengths were quite different in Nero 12. Keep in mind these are the only 2 formats I tested and I'm sure other video formats have the same issue) Nero Video doesn't calculate the size of all titles to be burned to blu-ray correctly.

Here is a quick list of my findings: 99% of the menus do not support the option of menu music Nero Video 2015 or 2014 doesn't handle MOV or MP4 formats correctly (it will burn to blu-ray but only the very beginning and the very end of a video burned to blu-ray will contain both picture and audio, for 95% of the duration of the video burned to blu-ray you will only contain audio and a black picute.
